This notice describes how personal information is handled when you browse moluqa.com, place an order or contact MOLUQA. Shopify hosts the storefront and provides services used to operate it.

How information reaches us
Information can come directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from Shopify or providers involved in payments, fraud prevention, analytics, customer support and delivery.
Why it is used
We use relevant information to operate the store, complete and deliver orders, communicate about a purchase, provide support, process returns or refunds, maintain security, prevent fraud, improve the shopping experience and meet legal or accounting obligations. Marketing is handled according to the choices and permissions that apply.

Shopify and other providers receive the information needed for their role, such as hosting, payments, analytics, communications or delivery. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a lawful business transaction. Providers may process information under their own privacy notices.

A promotional email can be stopped with its unsubscribe link; necessary order messages may continue.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no online transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure. Records are kept as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including orders, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

The store is intended for adult shoppers and is not directed to children. We may update this notice when practices or requirements change and will change the effective date accordingly.
