These terms explain the practical rules for browsing moluqa.com and placing an order with MOLUQA. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms that apply at that time.

Before placing an order

Review the product description, selected option, quantity, price, delivery details and contact information before checkout. You must be able to enter the purchase legally and be authorised to use the chosen payment method. Keep your account credentials private if you create an account.

Prices, currency and checkout

Store prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Checkout shows the amount collected for the order, including any delivery charge and applicable tax. A bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or international transaction charge. Prices and promotions may change for future orders without changing a completed purchase.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation records that we received your request. We may need to decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be confirmed, stock is unavailable, delivery is not available to the supplied address or a material listing or pricing error occurred. If payment was collected for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Products and safe use

Images can appear different across screens, and measurements or colors may vary within reasonable tolerances. Read the product page and any supplied instructions before use. Electrical, heated or powered products must be used only with compatible power sources and kept away from conditions the instructions identify as unsafe. Product information is not medical advice and our products are not presented as substitutes for professional care.

Delivery, changes and returns

Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that disrupts it, or use the site to violate another person's rights. Store text, graphics and layout may be used only as permitted by law and may not be presented as your own commercial materials.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes a consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot legally be excluded in the United States, Canada, Australia or another applicable jurisdiction. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
