MOLUQA serves customers in the United States, Canada and Australia where checkout offers a delivery method for the address and products selected.

Availability and charges

Enter the complete delivery address at checkout to see the methods, charges and estimated dates available for that order. Product size, destination, carrier coverage and other conditions can affect the options shown. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Processing and dispatch

Orders may need time for payment review, preparation and handoff to the carrier. If different items are prepared separately, an order can arrive in more than one parcel. Tracking or dispatch information will be sent when available.

Canada and Australia

International orders can be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes or carrier fees. Unless checkout states that a charge is included, the recipient is responsible for amounts collected by local authorities or the carrier. Customs procedures can also affect an estimated delivery window.

Large or heavy items

Furniture and other bulky products may use a different delivery method from smaller parcels. Check the product details and checkout result carefully, and make sure the delivery route and receiving space are suitable for the listed dimensions.

Address changes

Check names, unit numbers, postal codes and contact details before completing checkout. Email support@moluqa.com promptly if something is wrong. We cannot promise a correction after an order has entered processing or been handed to a carrier.

Delays, damage or missing parcels

Weather, customs, carrier disruption and other events can change an estimate. If tracking stops updating, reports delivery when the parcel cannot be found, or the package arrives visibly damaged, contact us with the order number and available tracking details. Keep the packaging and photograph visible damage when practical while the issue is reviewed.
