Orders and processing

How long does order processing take?

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If tracking has not updated, email support@moluqa.com with your order number and tracking number.

Shipping and returns

How much is shipping?

For the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping, orders below USD 36 are charged USD 6. Orders of USD 36 or more receive free shipping.

What is the return window?

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending the item.

When will my refund be processed?

After the return is received, inspected, and approved, we process the refund within 5 business days. Your payment provider may need additional posting time.
