Use of the store
These terms apply when you browse moluqa.com or place an order with MOLUQA. You must provide accurate account, contact, payment, and delivery information and use the store only for lawful purposes.
Products and orders
Product availability, descriptions, images, and prices may change. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when the order is processed for fulfilment. We may cancel or limit an order for stock, pricing, fraud-prevention, delivery, or legal reasons and will refund any amount collected for a cancelled item.
Prices and payment
Store prices are shown in USD unless a different currency is clearly displayed. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payment authorization can be declined by your bank or payment provider. A temporary authorization hold is not a completed duplicate charge and normally disappears according to the provider's timetable.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days and estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after dispatch. Return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. Approved refunds are processed by us within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Store content, branding, and original materials may not be copied or used without permission except where law allows. Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other third parties may provide parts of the service under their own terms.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, MOLUQA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies.
